LTD six-a-side Tournament 29th June 2009

On a sweltering hot day the Jaguars fielded two squads in the six-a-side LTD Tournament, both teams played great football and showed rugged determination and commitment, and were obviously eager to get back to playing football after a few weeks off. Well done all, the spectators had a brilliant feast of football.

LTD presentation night 12th June 2009

Well done Girls for a thoroughly well deserved awards night. Every one of the Jaguars should be congratulated for a great 2008/2009 season full of great games and determined football. Some of the seasons results didn't ride out our luck, but the improvement in team performance and spirit was clear to see. Well done everyone.

Goal of the Season: Kerry (Beckham style free kick against Ekco Whitecaps).

BIG, BIG thank you from all the parents and players to Ian for his expert coaching, never ending energy and unflappable commitment to the Jaguars.

I'll be posting some photos from the evening onto the main website shortly (normally takes a week or two to appear) so keep a lookout. Here's to a great 2009/2010.

Sat June 6th: Training as usual

Friday 12th June: 1st presentation night Civic Hall - Jaguars
Sat June 13th: I am away - if you want to train the facilities are still available

Friday 19th June: 2nd presentation night Civic Hall - Dolphins

Sat June 20th: I am not available - if you want to train the facilities are still available

Sat June 27th: no training because it is the club's tournament

Sunday 28th June: A.M. - Jaguars, P.M. - Dolphins

Sat July 4th: last training session' N.B. NEED ALL KIT, TRACKSUITS, BAGS etc IN (so they can be checked ready for new season 09/10)

July 1st to August 8th: I will make contact re signing on forms for new season.

AUG 15TH and AUG 22ND: I am away on holiday

AUG 29th: return to training

SUNDAY 6th SEPT: Dolphins proposed Essex Royals Tournament
